Sauté extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic , red pepper flakes and onion in a pot.
Add the desired amount of black beans to the onion and garlic mixture and add low sodium chicken stock

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin,
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried cilantro.
Let simmer for about 20 min on low until its heated through.
Serve with diced onion, avocado, fresh cilantro and a little fage or sour cream
