    Carol – Great chart.  And all of your VLOGs are excellent.  On the protein servings – did you mean 6-12 oz a day instead of 6-12 servings a day?

      Thanks Bonnie! No, it is servings. On the chart you will see how many ounces in a food item is a serving.
