Crunchy & Sweet Apple Chicken Salad

1 chicken breast, cooked and diced (optional)
2 apples diced
5 stalks celery diced
1/4 c. walnuts
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg, cardamom and sea salt
Stevia to taste, if desired

Mix ingredients together, sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. Chill for 20 minutes, if desired.
