Here is one of my favorite snacks! Although I love to eat celery cold, this recipe is much more tasty! This is a really easy to make and don’t need to worry about packing in the calories! Great for snack or side dish!
2-3 stalks celery, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. MCT oil or Coconut Oil
2-3 Tbsp. broth or water
LCM Asian Gourmet Seasoning, to taste (or other seasonings and 1/2 garlic clove, minced)
Braggs Liquid Aminos, to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add celery and broth and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until celery is cooked to desired doneness. Sprinkle with Asian seasoning and liquid aminos.
