While you can choose any nut butter for this recipe, make sure it doesn’t have any added harmful ingredients.
All-Natural High Fiber No Bake Bites
- 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, sunflower, etc.)
- 1/3 cup pure honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, mac nuts, etc.)
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup chopped unsweetened chocolate or cacao nibs
Mix all ingredients together and form little balls. If you have trouble getting the balls to hold together, try adding in more peanut butter to make the mixture a bit more sticky.
