Amino Acids are the building blocks of all our organs and tissues. They are also the building blocks from which different food proteins are constructed. When we eat a protein food, such as meat or soybeans, the natural hydrochloric acid in the stomach digests the protein, releasing the Amino Acids. They are the link between the food we eat and assimilation for our body tissue. Lack of adequate Amino Acids may make it impossible for the vitamins and minerals to perform their specific duties. All of this keeps our organs and tissues healthy.
Liquid Aminos have no added chemicals, preservatives, alcohol or artificial coloring. It’s gluten-free and certified Non-GMO. It contains naturally occurring glutamic acid. Nature provides glutamic acid in combination with other essential amino acids in foods containing proteins.

This soy sauce is a very unhealthy choice especially if you have high blood pressure, kidney disease or diabetes. Sodium in this amount will most likely increase blood pressure, which can damage blood vessels and increase the risk of developing heart disease. The Mayo ClinicKikkoman  soy sauce contains a small amount of wheat, which is roasted and then crushed to help the fermentation process. People who are allergic to wheat or who have a gluten intolerance should avoid soy sauce. Kikkoman recently began producing a soy sauce for those allergic to wheat, however, it is made with rice.
