Here are a few recipes that blend apples and cinnamon together for a delicious healthy breakfast.

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
2 eggs
1 ½ scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 apple, peeled, cored & cubed
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
Coconut oil or MCT oil
Mix all ingredient except oil in a blender or Magic Bullet and blend until well mixed. Spray heated pan with MCT oil, or rub with coconut to coat. Spoon the batter into the heated pan, creating a pancake. Flip the pancake when the edges are lightly browned and cook until done. Top with butter, pure maple syrup, honey, agave nectar or sprinkle with cinnamon.

Apple Pie Pancakes
3 eggs
1 ½ scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 apple, cored & peeled
Coconut oil or MCT oil

Mix all ingredient in a blender or Magic Bullet and blend until well mixed. Spray pan with MCT oil, or rub with coconut to coat. Spoon the batter into the heated pan, creating a pancake. Flip the pancake when the edges are lightly browned and cook until done. Top with pure maple syrup or sprinkle with cinnamon.
