This is a great recipe with a delicious Asian flare! Quick and easy to make and great for weight loss! The peanut oil makes it extra tasty especially when you toast the sesame seeds in it. I also added peanut butter which is completely optional but so delicious! Our Asian seasoning make this meal extra easy and great added flavor.

Asian Chicken with Bok Choy & Bean Sprouts

1 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1-2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1/8 c. chicken broth or water
2 garlic cloves, minced
Pinch of freshly grated ginger
2 1/2 c. bok choy
2 tsp. LCM Asian Gourmet Seasonings
1 1/2 tsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos
3 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. peanut butter (optional)

Place peanut oil in skillet and heat to a medium heat. Toast sesame seeds. Add garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring offten. Add chicken and cook until done. Trim bok choy so the white sections are bite sized pieces. Set leaves aside. Add bok choy to the skillet along with remaining seasonings and cook for about 5 minutes, or until slightly cooked yet crunchy. Bok Choy is meant to be tender crisp. Add bean sprouts green onions and greens of the bok choy and cook until the leaves are somewhat soft.

Serve immediately.
