Avocados are full of heart-healthy, monounsaturated fat and one of my favorite healthy fats for weight loss. Avocados contain over 20 vitamins including vitamin E which is something we need in order to keep burning fat all day long. When you combine other fat burning foods with avocado, you can improve your nutrient absorption up to 400%! So grab an avocado and enjoy!

Avocado Corn Salsa 

1 can organic corn or fresh corn cut off 2 cobs
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 avocados, diced
juice of three limes
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. LCM Three Amigos Seasoning
1/8th tsp. sea salt
1/8th tsp. ground pepper

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. It’s best if you can allow the mixture to sit several hours or overnight so the flavors blend. Serve with healthy corn chips.
