Valentines Day is known for hearts, flowers and chocolate. I could care less about hearts and flowers, but chocolate is another thing! Today I was home with my mother taking care of my 7 month old grandson. We were craving something with chocolate so I tossed together some ingredients and made some quick treats. They were so delicious that tonight we went out and bought more peanut butter and some coconut flakes for a future post!

I used our chocolate protein – I thought why not add in over 10 servings of fruits and vegetables?

Simple. Healthy. Yummy.

Chocolate Fiber Balls
1 scoop LCM Chocolate protein
¼ c. peanut butter
3 Tbsp. honey or Grade B Maple Syrup
¼ c. nuts, chopped fine – I used Almonds

Mix up everything well and roll into balls. I popped mine in the fridge for about 30 minutes before we tossed a few in our mouths.
