I can have all the things I love but gave up stay fit! I love chocolate and pretzels and after seeing chocolate pretzels at a recent party, I thought, I am going to make my own! The recipe is easy and delicious! I love to keep mine handy in the fridge and when I need a little pick-me-up or crave something sweet, I’ll grab a few of these babies and not feel guilty!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels
1/2 cup carob chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Stevia to taste
Spelt Pretzels
Melt carob chips, peanut butter and coconut oil on the stove over low-medium heat, stirring often. Dip pretzels in peanut butter mixture until well coated. Place on waxed paper and place in the refrigerator until completely cold and solid. Eat straight from the fridge.
