Place chocolate in a double boiler or small saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in almond butter and mix until well. Remove from heat and fold in yogurt, mix well. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, until the mixture starts to harden.
Working with approximately 1 tablespoon at a time, carefully form truffles and quickly roll or lightly shake them in unsweetened cocoa powder. Place the truffles in an air-tight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
