Our family favourite is broccoli.  So the next best way of eating it after raw is………

Broccoli AlmondineIngredients:2 pds. broccoli, cut into bit sized florets and stems4 Tbsp. organic butter2 scallions, thinly sliced1/4 c. slivered almonds2 tsp. lemon juice, freshsalt & pepper to tasteSteam broccoli, being careful to not over cook.  While steaming broccoli, heat the butter adding once heated; the almonds and lightly brown over medium heat for approx. 2 mins.  Stirring often to not burn, add the lemon juice and stir.  Add the scallions and pour over steamed broccoli and serve. This is a nicely combined dish that I often eat alone as a meal.  Enjoy!

My new favorite health activity is working out with Kettle Bells. It is both a cardiovascular workout and muscle toning – and does not take a lot of time. My son who is a Naval Officer recommended this workout method.

My favorite activity is T-Tapp!  Due to physical limitations, it is perfect forthose that need low impact exercise.

My favorite activity is dancing or hiking.  It is something the whole family can do.  I just put music on while I’m cooking and dance with whomever comes into the kitchen.  Hiking is fun on weekends; we have more time to go and explore.  You don’t even know you are exercising.  We go to a trail with hills and turns.  FUN!!!

My families favorite activity is fishing. We love nitrate free bacon and make lots of things with it especially cooking veggies like kale, brussel sprouts, and cauliflower.

One of my new favorite foods is radishes! I eat them with burgers, eggs, steak …anything on P2. I fry them in coconut oil and am learning to make chips- trying to get them really crispy! What a great snack:)

Hi – I had submitted my favorite recipe on Saturday and do not see it posted yet.  It was for a Strawberry Fage Smoothie.
