Roast ChickenThis is the best chicken recipe, for easy and ready to serve with your favorite vegetables.  I place in the crock pot and cook for about 3-4 hours on high.  You could put on low and cook longer.  I like it falling off the bones.

Crock Pot Whole Chicken

1- Whole Chicken
Mct Oil 
Signature Blend or Lemon N Pepper
1/2 Onion
Sea Salt 
Pepper
Lemon wedges
Tumeric

Wash the chicken and coat with MCT oil. Slice the onion and put half on a layer across the bottom of the crock pot.  Lay into the bed of the crock pot on a layer of onions.  Next rub sea salt into the bird.  I use a good portion to cover the whole chicken. Sprinkle the rest of the chicken with Signature Blend or Lemon N Pepper.  After you place the well seasoned chicken sprinkle Tumeric across the top and then layer with the rest of the onions.  Add no liquid.  The chicken will create and cook in its own juices.

Tip:  If you do not use all the chicken at your meal pull off all the meat and store in a container and use in your salad for lunch the next day.
