This delicious recipe is loaded with healthy fats, but be careful not to eat the whole pizza at one sitting! Go ahead and load up on the garlic if you can handle the garlic breath. Garlic has a powerful antioxidant effect. Antioxidants can help to protect the body against damaging free radicals. Cilantro is also a good topping to toss on as it improves metabolism, and is a natural diuretic for water retention.
