This all-natural electrolyte-packed lemonade recipe includes fresh lemon juice, and Himalayan sea salt to quench your thirst and keep you hydrated. It also includes cooling aloe, which not only supports digestion, it is super refreshing on a hot day!

Summer is in full swing. Hopefully, you are able to enjoy some of God’s great outdoors. Maybe hiking, swimming, or just relaxing on the lounge chair soaking up some great Vitamin D. Summer can be hot, so of course, we’ve gotta stay hydrated!

Why do we add Aloe? Aloe has minerals such as calcium, copper, chromium, manganese, selenium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and zinc! We use this brand.

Why do we add trace mineral drops? Did you know that in small, trace amounts are critical to your health? Our ancestors were able to obtain these all-important minerals from their foods, but unfortunately in today’s world, naturally occurring and nutrient-rich soil are becoming increasingly rare. Adding a few drops a day into your body will replenish your body with the elements it needs on a daily basis.
