In life everyday you have the opportunity to make “little” choices and sometimes big choices that effect the canvas of your life.  We pay attention to the big choices, but it is the little choices we make everyday that will build over time to sculpt your life.  Paying attention to your little choices to eat the right foods over time will help you to develop a foundation of great health.  This works in every area of your life, physically, spiritually and financially.   Here is a quote from Ronald Reagan that addresses just this thought:

“The character that takes command in moments of crucial choices has already been determined by a thousand other choices made earlier in seemingly unimportant moments. It has been determined by all the ‘little’ choices of the past–by all those times when the voice of conscience was at war with the voice of temptation, [which was] whispering the lie that ‘it really doesn’t matter.’ It has been determined by all the day-to-day decisions made when life seemed easy and crises seemed far away–the decisions that, piece by piece, bit by bit, developed habits of discipline or of laziness; habits of self-sacrifice or self-indulgence; habits of duty and honor and integrity–or dishonor and shame.” Ronald Reagan

So start today and work on walking in love and making small smart little choices and they will change your life.
