Everyone wants clear, healthy skin, and a ton of different advances have been made to help us get it. One of the most recent discoveries is the way that MSM, or methyl sulfonyl methane, affects our skin health. MSM is a completely natural compound found in all living organisms. Not getting enough of it in your diet can have seriously negative effects on your skin. Taking MSM powder is one way to correct this deficiency, and can benefit your skin in three distinct ways.

The first way that MSM powder can benefit your skin is by helping your cells to better absorb nutrients from the food you eat. MSM and vitamin C work together in the body to facilitate this nutrient absorption. If you have had problems with bad skin, it may be because you haven’t been getting enough of this key compound to properly absorb nutrients. Taking MSM powder now may correct this problem.

The next benefit of MSM powder comes in the better growth of new cells. Growing new skin cells is a continuous process, and skin cells you have today will not be the same as the ones you have next week. You can easily change the quality of your skin in a very short period of time just by improving the way your new cells grow. By growing in better new cells, you can heal damage and even reduce scarring in some cases.

Finally, MSM powder can help deter the effects of aging. Free radicals are now known to be a major cause of aging, especially in the skin. MSM helps to reduce the effect of these free radicals, slowing the aging process. So, in addition to repairing skin, it also prevents deterioration. Check out Carol’s VLOG on MSM caps and cream:

MSM aids your skin in absorbing nutrients, promotes new cell growth, and fights the aging effects of free radicals. Anyone who thinks they might be deficient in this essential compound should consider trying MSM powder. The benefits are too good not to.

Hi Carol, I totally agree with your recommendations for taking MSM for skin health and anti-aging. I went a step further and use liquid MSM and dilute it 25% MSM 75% spring water, and spray it all over my body, every day, after shower. I like to let it air dry. I have seen a marked difference in the health of my skin. I am 60 years old, and most telling is the skin that gets crepey in the nook or our arms…..GONE. It is smooth and young and healthy looking. And of course I am having similar results all over my body and face. Thanks for your VLOG. It is great to tell women about healthy and inexpensive ways to stay young, and not spend a fortune on those commercial products that do little but empty our wallets.
