Post-Thanksgiving Regret

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  Unfortunately, some of us may have enjoyed it a little too much.  If you’re feeling sluggish today from all of the food, here are a few steps you can take to help you feel better:

  1. Drink some warm water with lemon juice to help cleanse your liver and also help your metabolism.
  2. Tonight, enjoy a warm bath with Epsom salt and baking powder to help give your body and skin a healthy detox.  Just note that after taking a detox bath you may be a little light-headed, which is why it is best to take just before going to bed.
