- Make a healthy taco salad

- Switch up your chicken and sprinkle it over a boneless, skinless chicken breast before cooking or grilling.
- Cook chicken breasts in a slow cooker (crock pot) with some salsa and seasoning and let them simmer all day until they fall apart.
