1 lb of lean hamburger meat
1/4 tsp of Signature Blend Spice
1 Box of Quinoa pasta, Wheat Noodles or Zucchini noodles
1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce or homemade
Fresh shredded cheddar
Fresh shredded mozzarella

Prepare and cook meat in a skillet until browned.  Salt and Pepper to taste.  Pour in your favorite homemade spaghetti sauce and let simmer.  Prepare your noodles ahead of time.  Following cooking instructions on the package.  I boiled my wheat lasagna noodles until done and strained.  Allow the meat and sauce to simmer and really absorb flavors.  In a crock pot spray liberally with MCT oil.  put sauce at the bottom before starting your layer of noodles.  Lay one layer of your pasta at the bottom and then cover in your meat sauce.  Cover the complete layer in both cheeses.  Layer another layer of your noodles and repeat until you cover the last layer in noodles with cheese.  Turn crock pot on high and cook for about an hour.  This dish is very moist, healthy and you can add in your favorite veggies or cheeses from your recipes.  The crock pot keeps the dish moist without drying out and it has became a family favorite around here.  I have supplemented all pasta options mentioned they seem to be happy with all of them.  Enjoy!
