Simple and ready to serve with your favorite vegetables.  

Crock-Pot Signature Chicken

1 whole chicken
MCT Oil
1/2 onion, sliced
Signature Blend or other seasonings of choice
Himalayan Sea Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Wash the chicken and coat with MCT oil.  Lay into the bed of the crockpot and sprinkle seasonings covering the whole chicken. Add a layer of onions.  

You do not need to add any liquid because the chicken will create and cook in its own juices.

Tip:  If you do not use all the chicken at your meal pull off all the meat and store it in a container and use it in your salad for lunch the next day. You might also try this recipe—ideal for leftover chicken!
