California Apple Tart Smoothie
2 cucumbers, peeled 
1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 cups Kale, chopped
½ lemon, yellow skin removed, white pith intact
1 Tbsp. liquid Lecithin

Put cucumbers on the bottom of the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well.
