Stir-Fry Zucchini

2 large zucchini
1 Tbsp. MCT or Coconut oil
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. LCM Signature Blend
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Cut the ends off the zucchini, and slice thin. In a large skillet, saute the zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings. Serve immediately.
