Vanilla Matcha Latte

1 tsp. culinary grade matcha powder
1/2 C. unsweetened almond milk, warmed
1/2 C. hot water
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
8-10 drops of Vanilla Stevia (or try other flavors)

Mix all of the ingredients together in a Magic Bullet or blender. You could mix directly in a mug using a whisk, too.
For an iced latte, use cold milk and water, and add a cup of ice to the beverage.
