Watermelon Slushy
4 cups Watermelon, seedless, ripe 
2 tsp Lime juice, fresh
1 tbsp Stevia (or Whole Cane Organic Sugar)
3 cups crushed ice

Blend the watermelon, lime juice, sweetener and 1 1/2 cups of the water until slushy. Stir in additional water if needed. 

Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.
