Weight Loss Watermelon Water

Watermelon is a low-calorie, hydrating fruit that is a natural high antioxidant food, plus a source of vitamins and minerals that can help fight inflammation. It’s also great for acid reflux, sore muscles, detoxing and weight loss.

This recipe is refreshing and delicious!

Watermelon Water
1 Mint, Fresh
4 cups Watermelon, seedless ripe
2 tsp Lime juice, fresh
1 tbsp Stevia (or Whole Cane Organic Sugar)
3 cups Water

Blend the watermelon, lime juice, sweetener and 1 1/2 cups of the water until smooth. Strain through a medium strainer into a large pitcher or bowl. (If needed) Stir in the remaining 1-1/2 cups water.

Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve over ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.
