Congratulations to the winner from Day 3 of the 12 Days of Christmas: Tammy Vilamarim
Christmas can be the most wonderful time of the year. But it isn’t always and many times we lose someone we love close to the season or it is the year of firsts without your special loved one.
One thing that always helps when you are depressed or sad is to bring up old good memories and meditate on those instead. A favorite time, grandma’s special cookies, or even an old Christmas tradition.
For those who are suffering this year, we send you our love, thoughts, prayers. It is not always easy to be around celebratory people when you just are not feeling it.
I love to remember going to grandma’s house and all the cousins, aunts and uncles. Presents piled high, and a whiff of Christmas foods at every turn. Then the annual pie fight that would almost surely breakout.
