Because of this and it’s anti-inflammatory benefits it’s a great vegetable to eat to prevent and combat cancer and other ailments.Kale’s list of vitamins include Vitamin C, A and K and it is an excellent source of fiber. I always suggest adding Kale when my clients have digestive issues or suffer from chronic constipation.Kale should be consumed daily vegetable during detox, as it has a wonderful effect on the body’s detoxification process. Kale also makes a great addition to every weight loss plan as 1 cup has only 36 calories and zero grams of fat.
