Easy Keto Low-Carb Pizza Bites

Need an easy make-ahead meal? Fun appetizer? Filling snack? Try these Pizza Bites! These little pizza bites are bursting with yummy pizza flavor! So delicious you won’t even miss the crust! I love to dip them in my Easy Pizza Sauce or Homemade Marinara Sauce (pureed) but they are just as delicious on their own! 

Easy Pizza Bites

  • 2 cups meat (pepperoni, sausage, etc)
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch (+/-) pepper flakes

Cook and chop meat of choice. Place in a bowl and add mozzarella cheese and lightly mix. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Fold in mean and mozzarella mixture. Place dough in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Make balls and place on a greased baking sheet (I like to use the silicone baking mats).

Bake at 350 for about 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Dip – Pizza Sauce or Homemade Chunky Marinara Sauce
