We all have cravings from time to time. What do we do when we are craving things we know are not good for us? Typically I have always found if my body is craving something I am likely not giving it something it needs. I know that from first hand experience the magnesium when my levels are perfect I do not crave chocolate but if they dip at all I am ready to eat a 6 pack of Hershey bars, and trust me the waistline does not appreciate that.
