It’s that time of year! Time to break out the barbecue and enjoy the wonders of cooking outside. This simple recipe will become a family favorite. You can marinade it for an hour or all day to really soak in the flavors! You can use roasted sesame seeds if you like that flavor or sprinkle it right from your jar. Don’t forget to serve with a side of healthy vegetables!
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 – 2 Tbsp ginger root, grated
2- 3 Tbsp. Liquid Aminos or Tamari sauce
1 tsp. agave nectar or Stevia to taste
Combine marinade ingredients and add to chicken in a Ziploc bag or marinade container. Place in fridge for up to 1 hour. Grill chicken until done, basting with marinade sauce as needed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
