I really like to put the Signature Spice on my vegetables, so I am going to serve my green beans with that spice added!

    • Anonymous on November 7, 2011 at 4:49 am

Someone was telling me today that using the ranch dressing seasoning with green beans was also really good!

  2. Jade on November 6, 2011 at 11:36 pm

I’d love to make taco salad with the Three Amigos blend and save time having to think about what others to add.  Great idea!

  3. Beth J on November 6, 2011 at 11:52 pm

I am hooked on Bleu Cheese dressing, but would love to try the Ranch.  I would use the Mexican Blend for chicken or beef fajitas.  I have a crockpot recipe that I think that would be great in.  I am always looking for ways to enhance chicken and other meat with new and different spices!

  4. Kingjamesbbq on November 6, 2011 at 11:57 pm

I’m going all out and making a HEALTHIFIED Thanksgiving feast for my family this year.  These spices would help me sway over a couple of the more persnickity of the family members 😉

    • Anonymous on November 7, 2011 at 11:13 pm

crack me up. I know when I first served the Ranch dressing for my family gathering a few tried it and commented how good it was, now they come over and ask me where the healthy ranch dressing is 🙂

  6. Julia McCabe on November 7, 2011 at 12:07 am

I would love to try the Ranch to make a healthy ranch dip with greek yogurt for the holidays. My family always has ranch dip with veggies for family gatherings and it would be nice to fix something that I know is healthy for them.

    • Anonymous on November 7, 2011 at 4:48 am

It makes an amazing ranch dip with greek yogurt!

  7. Chris on November 7, 2011 at 12:36 am

I would use the Signature Blend on my salads.  I love, love, love using spices and horseradish sause instead of dressings.  The spices really add to my meals and I never feel hungry or that I’m missing something after I’ve finished my plate.  Spices really satisfy my pallet.

  8. Candlebright on November 7, 2011 at 1:46 am

I love these spices!! This last week I had a GG brancrisp with cottage cheese sprinkled with the ranch seasoning and some cucumbers on top. It was yummy!! The Sassy Vinegarette is really good sprinkled on veggies tossed in olive oil or coconut oil and then roasted in the oven. The possibilities are endless!! I love that I don’t have to worry about any junk being in them too!!

  9. Angela Jenkins on November 7, 2011 at 3:26 am

I’m so excited to try these!  I have transformed my eating as well as being on my way to transform my family’s eating as well.  With so many foods, spices included having hidden sugars, I look forward to transforming my kitchen and cupboards into healthy choices.  I’m most excited about the ranch dressing, as it is our family favorite.  We love it, and I have yet to find a ranch with no hidden sugars or no no ingredients.  I am just as excited about the mexican seasoning, as we are big taco fans and would love a great healthy and yummy spice to transition to.  Little by little, with these small switches, I loko forward to a healthier family and continued success as I get to eat yummy things that are actually good for me too!

    • Anonymous on November 7, 2011 at 11:14 pm

Ah … the power of smart choices! 🙂

  10. Pegski on November 7, 2011 at 4:24 am

The biggest thing I would do with these spices is just grab them to season without stopping to read the label, wondering if I dare use that bottle.

    • Anonymous on November 7, 2011 at 11:14 pm

      Where is the “LOVE” button!

  11. Anonymous on November 7, 2011 at 4:51 am

  12. Baaustin on November 7, 2011 at 1:19 pm

I more than adore Cinnamon!!  It goes into EVERYTHING…coffee, greek yogi, soups, stews…everything!  I very much like Vietnamese Cinnamon.  Its the only thing that made those 500 cal days possible!!

and there are MANY other spices that I have in my life.  I guess my name should be “spicey”!!

  13. Monica Ohlman Pachorek on November 7, 2011 at 1:51 pm

I am also looking forward to making a modified Thanksgiving Meal for my entire family.  My 2 children with Autism eat very healthy and my husband is well on his way. He is more aware of what he eats, reads labels and has been uber supportive of my journey. I am determined to make our Thanksgiving meal one that we ALL can enjoy TOGETHER. These spices would be a wonderful finishing touch to further prove to my family that we can enjoy and not sacrifice taste.  Thank you for showing me the way!  Little Choices DO Matter !!!

    • Anonymous on November 7, 2011 at 11:16 pm

Yes they do! I’m glad your Thanksgiving isn’t going to be bland this year 😉

  14. Samantha on November 8, 2011 at 12:43 pm

    • Anonymous on November 8, 2011 at 10:27 pm

I made this as a snack today. It was really good! Sprinkled on some Three Amigos Mexican Blend spice and it was a great flavor! Good and healthy too 🙂

  15. Anonymous on November 8, 2011 at 10:47 pm

  16. Doniobrien on November 9, 2011 at 5:00 am

love love love the ranch dressing. I chopped red and green peppers, and onions cooked them in a bit of low salt broth. After they were softened  i  thru in some left over chicken breast mixed the ranch dressing and greek yogourt together thru it in the pan with the peppers and onions and chicken breasts. I then put it all on top of cooked quinoa pasta. Gosh what a meal. Hearty and Creamy.  The ranch is garlicky and yummy.

Absolutely LOVE the heavenly ranch seasoning.   Don’t have to worry about a healthy dip this year and it’s just so delicious!    Found a way to make low carb chips with grated zucchini, eggs and cheese … instead of wheat….and now have a dip to go with it!   YUMMO!

  21. Terri McCoy on November 11, 2011 at 2:38 pm

  29. Tonia W on November 11, 2011 at 3:24 pm

Haven’t tried these but would love to, so hoping to win a set. My favorite use-all-the-time spices are cinnamon — which I even add to protein shakes — thyme, which goes into every bean and soup and chicken recipe I cook, and basil, which I use in every tomato and egg dish. I cook a lot with sage, putting it in soups and cooked cabbage dishes — for its flavor and for its ability to make something taste a bit salty without the salt — great for my hubby on a salt-restricted diet.

I love a great “Bouquet Garni” blend that includes savory, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil and sage, which I add to my balsamic vinegar marinade for chicken. During the fall I grate fresh nutmeg on baked apples, cream soups, squashes and fancy coffees.

  30. Bparent on November 11, 2011 at 3:25 pm

I cook and entertain a lot and everyone enjoys so much but they are always amazed at how good the food is and healthy also, so then we move into education about the do’s and don’ts when cooking!  These spices will help me so I don’t have to mix my own and it will speed up my cooking for sure!

  31. foodie on November 11, 2011 at 3:29 pm

I am a novice cook. I am glad I haven’t had the opportunity to use traditional spices and haven’t made them standard in my cooking. I would love the opportunity to have your spices to become my standard in my recipes and start off on a healhty start. Would be great to receive some samples!!

  32. Barbeedoll74 on November 11, 2011 at 3:29 pm

  38. Mollytev on November 11, 2011 at 4:31 pm

I am in LOVE with spices…ALL spices….I haven’t found one yet that I didn’t like…and my family and friends reap the benefits…Love making the homemade ranch dip…everyone who tries it says they have never tasted Ranch dip so good(my sister said she could bathe in it…lol)…they can really notice a difference from the one in the store with all the preservatives and crap in it…

  39. Jenniferhills on November 11, 2011 at 4:56 pm

I have never tried any of the spices from this line but they sound fabolous. I have been looking for a good spice to substitute in my Mexican cooking and the Mexican blend sounds like it is my perfect answer. I can’t wait to try it on fajitas, burritos and my favorite firecracker casserole. Which is a layer or tortilla, then ground beef cooked in salsa (and the seasoning mix) a layer of fresh vegetable and herbs, tomatoes blended with cream of mushroom soup then top with cheese and bake!

  40. Elizabeth Walker Turner on November 11, 2011 at 4:56 pm

I have never tried this brand of spices, but I am always looking for new flavors and ways to season my foods for my family. Looking forward to trying them. Thx.

  44. The Gypsy Artist on November 11, 2011 at 6:03 pm

A self proclaimed Spice-a-holic I am constantly looking for a new “special” blend. My Dear Mom cooked with salt and pepper……don’t want things to get too spicy! When I found out just what you could do with a few “extra” spices it opened a new world. One of my favorite games was to go to a fabulous restaurant and try to figure out just what spices were used and go home and try to duplicate the dish. The results were not always the same but it still broadened my taste buds! Now I like to surprise my guests with unusual spices like a little fennel added to my red sauce, coriander is a delight mixed with other spices on chicken. I am intrigued by your Mexican blend and the Ranch and look forward to trying these out…..I hope I win the samples….but figure I will have to try a few of your spices in the mean time…..great spice blends never last in the cupboard….they always need to be replenished!

  45. Debbie on November 11, 2011 at 6:20 pm

I am so excited to see this line of spices.  I have complete confidence in the team behind this line and KNOW they will be healthy and fabulous. I love the fact that Carol has done the ingredients reading for me and they have her stamp of approval!  They will be a MUST HAVE for my spice rack!

  46. Mathena5 on November 11, 2011 at 6:27 pm

  52. Cheryl Daley on November 11, 2011 at 10:36 pm

I LOVE .. Love .. Love fresh basil and garlic.  Pretty much put them in everything, you would be amazed at how good things taste with fresh herbs, even fresh parsley.  All of which are good for you too.  Only problem I seem to have is how to store them for longest possible shelf /fridge life

  53. Joanne on November 11, 2011 at 11:21 pm

Thanks for the green bean tip.  We eat a lot of veggies but after a while I just can’t come up with new and interesting healthy ways to serve them.  This is delish!

My favorite spice is habanero powder.  I use it to spice up many fish dishes and make a rub for my pork and beef dishes.  I hope i win and love to purchase spices myself and mix my own rubs as most of the store bought mixes have sugar and additives in them.  I hope I win because I don’t have all of these spices in my cabinet.

Thank you this blessing of healthy choices which will help keep all my friends and love ones a little bit healthier.

  65. Vickivanallen on November 12, 2011 at 4:32 am

I love seasonings and I love feeling healthy now! I look at each one and my mind goes to all kinds of recipes and ideas.  With the holidays coming up I would like to make some cheese balls or spreads with each flavor.  Ranch wow, everything goes good with ranch dressings!!!  I plan on making some breads/crackers with sprouted grains and using the 3 Amigos and Ranch.  I’ll use the signature blend on a variety of meats while the Sassy Vinaigrette would be wonderful on a pasta (Quinoa) veggie salad.  What great flavor explosions that will produce new ideas in my kitchen.  I hope to one day have all of them.  I can’t say which one sounds better as each spice brings a variety of new ideas.
