Apples and these special seasonings are nutritious and delicious making this a fabulous fall beverage!

1 gallon 100% organic unfiltered apple juice 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon whole cloves 3 whole cinnamon sticks
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In 3-quart saucepan, heat ingredients to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Before serving, strain cider mixture to remove cloves and cinnamon, if desired. Serve hot.
