Keto Cucumber Avocado Tuna Salad
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1 cup English cucumbers, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped herbs (basil, parsley, or cilantro-or a mix)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Place tuna into a large salad bowl. Add in avocado, cucumber slices, sliced onions, and parsley or cilantro.
In a small mixing bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; whisk to combine. Add to the salad and toss to combine.
