First, prepare the meat: Take 1 pound of your preferred meat and brown it in MCT oil over low-medium heat until done.  In a bowl, stir together 1/4 cup of filtered water with 2 tablespoons of the Three Amigos Mexican Seasoning.  Then add the mixture the meat and let simmer until the liquid is absorbed.

Now we can start building our salads!  Our favorite is to start with 1 cup of chopped lettuce, then pile on 1/2 to 1 cup of the prepared meat.  Next add on your favorite fresh salsa and a light sprinkle of cheese.

Other variations can include a dollop of greek yogurt, a couple slices of a fresh avocado, or some chopped up jalapenos for a real kick in flavor!  In the comment section, tell us what your favorite way to build a taco salad is.
