Overnight Apple Cinnamon Oats

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1 – 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. Oat Bran (for weight loss)
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 4 c. water

Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook overnight on low. Place in a bowl and top with milk, nuts, raisins, and sprinkle with more cinnamon, if desired.
