Overnight Apple Cinnamon Oats – Crockpot Version
A good hearty breakfast is a bowl of oatmeal. It will help lower your cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar levels. Cook overnight to wake up to delicious smells and tasty breakfast!
Overnight Apple Cinnamon Oats
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed
- 1 – 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. Oat Bran (for weight loss)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 4 c. water
Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook overnight on low. Place in a bowl and top with milk, nuts, raisins, and sprinkle with more cinnamon, if desired.
