1 cup rice, almond or coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. Flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 scoop greens
1 handful raw organic spinach
1-2 droppers of Peppermint Stevia
