Power Berry Smoothie
1/2. c. frozen strawberries
1/2. c. frozen blueberries
1/2. c. coconut milk or heavy cream
1/2. c.water
1/2. c. ice
1 c. fresh spinach (about a cup)
1 scoop LCM protein powder
2 Tbsp. flaxmeal and/or chia seeds
8-10 drops stevia (optional)
Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Powerhouse Smoothie
1 scoop LCM protein
1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 c. unsweetened almond milk (or 1/3 coconut milk & 2/3 c. water)
1 Tbsp. ground flax or chia seeds
1/2 c. fresh or frozen fruit
5-7 drops liquid stevia, or sweetener of choice
Blend all ingredients except frozen fruit or ice (it will harden the coconut oil). Once blended, add fruit and ice.
Protein Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop LCM protein
1 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 c. fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 c. water
5-7 drops liquid stevia, or sweetener of choice
Blend and enjoy
Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 scoop LCM protein
1 c. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana (pre-sliced and frozen)
1 Tbp. unsweetened carab or cocoa powder
3-5 drops liquid stevia, or sweetener of choice
Blend and enjoy
Morning Energy Smoothie
1 1/2 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk
5 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 sliced frozen banana
1 frozen mango
1 scoop LCM protein powder
Banana Smoothie
1 c. coconut or almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 (frozen) banana, sliced
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 tsp. organic vanilla
3-4 drops liquid stevia
Mix together and enjoy. Can add crushed ice for a thicker smoothie.
Pumpkin Smoothie
1 c. coconut or almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie spice
½ c. cooked pumpkin
½ frozen banana, sliced (optional)
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
3 -4 drops liquid stevia
Mix together in blender or Magic Bullet and enjoy.
