Hummus is loaded with nutrients and helps fight illness and diseases. It increases energy, reduces inflammation and is great for digestive health. Hummus sounds like something we should eat every day!

1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped
1⁄4 cup cooked quinoa
1⁄2 cup raw walnuts
1⁄2 cup roasted red peppers
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup tahini
3-4  cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 oz) can chickpeas
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper

Combine cilantro, cooked quinoa, roasted red peppers and lemon in a food processor or blender. Process until the mixture is well combined. Add tahini, garlic, chick peas, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
