Try this healthy spaghetti recipe your family will love it.

Signature Spaghetti

1 lb – 93/7 hamburger meat or sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
Himalayan sea salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
1/2 Clove of Garlic freshly minced
1 TBSP or more of Signature Blend spice blend
1 jar of sugar-free spaghetti sauce or make your own favorite sauce
1 package of Quinoa pasta spaghetti noodles or rice flour gluten free noodles
2 TBSP butter
Mozzarella and fresh Parmesan

Brown hamburger with Signature Blend Spice, onion, fresh garlic and salt and pepper.  Drain off any fat and add in spaghetti sauce.  Simmer sauce for best flavors while you boil the noodles.  I used quinoa noodles and used quite a bit of sea salt in the water 1-2 T.  I cooked according to package and drained and rinsed.   Return to pot and add in 2T of butter.  Melt the butter and this helps the noodles to bend and behave like typical wheat noodles.  Add the spaghetti sauce and meat mixture of the top of the noodles and mix together.  Mixing the sauce in with the noodles helps keep it moist.  Add cheese if desired.  I used fresh mozzarella and topped with fresh Parmesan.   The fresh garlic made is stronger than normal but that is what they loved most about it.  Adjust garlic and other seasoning to taste. The Signature Blend spice really helped the sauce turn out great.
