Simple Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 frozen banana, sliced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 3-4 drops liquid stevia
Mix all ingredients together in a blender and process until smooth
