1 medium head cabbage, chopped or shredded
3 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, sliced into slivers
1 1/2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (optional)
1 Tbsp. Liquid Aminos (or to taste)
In large skillet over medium heat melt coconut oil. Add other ingredients and cook for about 15 minuts or until cabbage is to desired doneness. Stir frequently. Can add liquid aminos last so you can taste as you add it. It can be salty so be careful not to add too much.
