Stacy’s Supplements and Menu Sample
Since beginning my lifestyle change almost 2 years ago, I have gradually started adding different supplements into my diet as I see fit. It’s amazing how much better I feel and how my skin glows now just by changing the foods I eat and by adding some obviously much needed supplements.
I eat clean and exercise 60 minutes a day, 6 days a week so I have some additional things I take for that as well.
Biotin– 5000 mcg 1 in the Am
Kelp– 325 mcg 1 in the morning and 1 at night
MSM– 6k a day I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night
L-Arginine– 500mg 2 times a day
L-Carnitine– 500mg 2 times a day
L-Glutamine– 500mg 3 times a day
Magnesium– 400mg 2 times a day
Potassium– 100 mcg 3 times a day
Borage Oil– 1300 mg 2 times a day
Omega-3 – 1 in the morning and 1 at night
5-HTP– 1 at night before bed
I started taking 5-HTP for to help me sleep at night and for an increase in energy. Since starting I sleep like a rock and have the most vivid dreams. I dream nightly which is amazing to me.
B Complex
Flax Oil– I use a Tbsp in my protein shakes every other day.
Always talk to your doctor about your supplements and get them approved.

I use butter, coconut oil and EVOO when preparing my foods. Protein and veggies are two very important staples in my diet but, I do get creative with my meals. I feel you have to in order to keep it interesting! Happy and Healthy eating!
