This recipe makes a family-friendly dessert that is easy and loved by all. Simple and no added sugar! Add to yogurt, oatmeal or eat right out of the oven! So yummy! ?

Baked Apples

  • 5–6 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon (Ceylon) cinnamon

Put the apples in a small to medium baking dish. Add the melted butter or coconut oil and cinnamon and blend together until apples are coated.

Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until apples are soft. Time will vary depending on the size of your apple slices.  Stir once during the baking time.

Eat right out of the oven, add to oatmeal, applesauce or even plop on top of yogurt or ice cream! Enjoy!
