Super Simple Roasted Butternut Squash

  • 1 butternut squash – peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
