This salad is as good as it looks! It’s hearty and delicious! This recipe makes for a great dinner for those hot summer nights! Packed with romain and spinach which is a great addition to any diet.¬†Dark green leafy vegetables are one of the best cancer-preventing foods because of their high level of antioxidants.

1 bunch of Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 large handful of spinach
1 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Sliced green, yellow and/or red peppers
Grilled Chicken

Toss all ingredients together and add allowed dressing of your choice.

Dressing
1-3 Tbsp. Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinager
1/4 tsp. seasonings of choice (sea salt, pepper, parsley, paprika, celery seed)
1 packet of natural sweetener (Stevia)

Mix ingredients in a small container and shake well. Drizzle over salad and serve.
