COVID Tea (Prevention and Control)

This special tea rebuilds your immune system and is a great anti-inflammatory remedy. It is effective for coughs, sore throats and colds, fever, and flu-like symptoms..

  • 3 cups distilled water
  • 12 large pieces of organic turmeric root, sliced thin (skin on)
  • 3 inches ginger root, sliced thin (skin on)
  • 1 bulb garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 cup calamansi juice or lemons juice

Boil water and add turmeric, ginger, and garlic. Turn off the heat and add the calamansi or lemon juice. Cover and steep for at least 15 minutes. Let it cool.

Dosage: 1 cup up to three times a day.
