Vitamin C

You can take up to 5000 mg of vitamin C per day. Most people don’t get enough vitamin C and it’s so important. I do not recommend chewable vitamin C tablets as there is added sugar in them and sugar depletes vitamin C from our bodies. So, you would be defeating the purpose 🙂 Also, the chewable forms of vitamin C can also damage tooth enamel.
