A few changes was only a beginning for me. my main change was no longer picking pre packaged meal for Walmart. I take half a day in the Kitchen and cook enough for the week, portion it, and that is what’s for dinner, no arguing. Also mostly stopped eating out, never no what is in the food. We use restaurants for a treat, like they were when I was wrong.
And boy do we savor it.

I have learned to make great choices when eating out. I stick to protein, and veg. I now know that I can request the meal to be P3 friendly…I ask for substitutes all the time that are clean. Ate out last w/e for our anniversay…lunch AND dinner…..never gained an ounce and felt great (and not quilty) the next day because those Little Choices DID matter.

Little changes have slowly become a big part in my life like focusing on water, eating more veggies of a wider variety, and learning about what foods are benefical and using healthy supplements. Little changes that have led to feeling healthier, having more energy and having my family follow my lead.

I’ve now dropped 39 pounds and am so pleased! What a difference it is making in my life and health. I’ve changed out many things from my cupboard and refrigerator thanks to your Little Choices articles and recommendations, and will continue to incorporate more as I learn more. I’d love to be able to have the option of a healthy protein shake for variety, so would love to win this. Thank you for the opportunity. Shawna you were very helpful to me the times we spoke on the phone!

This is a great product my family has been enjoying! I’ve made several healthy “little choices” that have added up to a lot of big changes. I cut out processed foods and switched from sugar to Stevia, We eat “clean” (fresh fruit, veggies and meats with no additives), I started taking the stairs at work instead of the elevator, and I drink a lot of water. In just 4 months I’ve lost 30 lbs + 4 dress sizes. My husband has lost 55 lbs. + went from an XXL shirt to a Medium (no more “beer belly”). We look and feel so much younger. All our little choices really do MATTER!

I like to make healthy chai lattes. I make 16oz of chai tea with two tea bags and some stevia to taste, let it steep for 4 mintues. Pour into blender add a cup of ice about 24 oz and a dash of heavy whipping cream blend. Put in a reusable starbucks cup and you have your very own healthy drink. I love blending ice into slushy and putting it in all my drinks. It helps me consume extra water.
